2024 Shop Managers Workshop

Double-Hung Windows uses Lean Methodology principles to continuously improve their process. Whether your shop is large or small you will find plenty of new information that your shop manager, lead or employees will gain from their time spent with the crew at Double Hung.

Workshop topics include: 

• One piece production flow
• Lead safety from the perspective of a non-certified worker
• Networking with other shop managers from across the country

Schedule: 

A pre-event networking mixer starts at 5pm on Thursday, May 2nd at Steel Hands Brewing. Participants can unwind from their travels and swap stories while enjoying some local light bites provided by the WPA.

Plan for programming all day Friday.

Stay though Saturday and join the Hoggard family at their annual Kentucky Derby party!

This event is open to non-owner shop managers and solo shop owners only to provide a safe space to discuss challenges related to managing a shop from the employee perspective. Registration is limited to WPA members or employees of a WPA member company. If your company is not a member, join now!
